Lizzo Announces Departure from Music Industry Following Allegations of Harassment

The dancers had sued Lizzo in August 2023, claiming that she had subjected them to various forms of harassment and mistreatment.

In response to the mounting allegations, Lizzo’s former creative director, Quinn Whitney Wilson, and dancer Courtney Hollinquest came forward with similar accounts of problematic behavior they had experienced while working with the singer. Additionally, documentarian Sophia Nahli revealed that she had walked away from a project with Lizzo due to feeling disrespected.

Despite the accusations and controversies surrounding her, Lizzo has vehemently denied the allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct.
