In comparison to previous Clifton models, the Clifton 4 is a little more responsive and rigid. The shoe provides a 5-millimeter heel-to-toe drop, which is constructed of full-length EVA foam with a stack height of 28 millimeters in the heel and 23 millimeters in the forefoot, respectively.
An additional feature is using a Meta-Rocker design, which allows for a seamless transition from heel to toe while also being very efficient for mid-to-forefoot strikers.
This feature is particularly advantageous for runners who suffer from Morton’s Neuroma or Metatarsalgia and those who have general forefoot difficulties.
