Mauricio Umansky replaced photo of Kyle Richards with Emma Slater

Mauricio Umansky allegedly replaced a photo on his desk of his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, with his former “Dancing With the Stars” partner Emma Slater.

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Sutton Stracke made the bombshell claim while talking to Kathy Hilton and Erika Jayne on Tuesday’s episode of the Bravo show.

“After I talked to Kyle, she seemed a little down,” Stracke shared. “There was a story she told me about a picture.”

Stracke explained Umansky, 54, had removed a photo of Richards, 55, in his home office at their shared Beverly Hills, Calif., home and replaced it with “the woman from ‘Dancing With the Stars.’”

Though Stracke didn’t mention Slater, 35, by name, she and the “Buying Beverly Hills” star were partnered together for Season 32 of the competition dance series.

Stracke, 53, alleged the “Halloween” star was “hurt” when she learned about the photo swap.

“Are you serious?” Hilton questioned. “It would be one thing to take [Richards’ picture] down. But then to put [Slater’s] up? Come on.”

“Why are you replacing a picture of your wife with your ‘Dancing With the Stars’ partner? All that’s gonna do is make people talk more,” Jayne chimed in.

“It doesn’t help, it actually hurts.”

Elsewhere in the episode, Stracke stopped by Richards’ home and entered Umansky’s office, asking the actress, “Does that feel weird, the desk?”

“Yeah, it feels weird that my picture was taken down too,” Richards responded.

Rumors that Umansky and Slater were dating sparked when they starred on “DWTS” together last fall.

In October 2023, the real estate broker and the professional dancer were photographed getting cozy and holding hands while dining at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills.

A few days later, Richards admitted she was “hurt” when she saw the photos during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live.”

That same day, Umansky and Slater took to Instagram to share they weren’t dating but had become “really good friends” after “dancing together” every day for hours at a time.

The two starred in the competition series for over a month and were eliminated on Oct. 31, 2023.

They’ve since stayed in touch and reunited in May at the “DWTS Live 2024” tour.

Richards and Umansky, meanwhile, revealed they were separating after 27 years of marriage together in July 2023.
