Hoda Kotb is all smiles on Mother’s Day!
The former Today show host, 60, shared a glimpse at her family’s suburban Mother’s Day celebration on Instagram on Sunday, May 11, including photos of her daughters Hope, 6, and Haley, 9.
“Happy mothers day from our family to yours xoxoxo,” she captioned the sweet carousel of photos.
The post began with a snap of Kotb, Hope and Haley posing with big smiles on their faces. The two girls stood on each side of their mom, as she sat in a chair. They were situated around a circular dinner table, covered with plates of breakfast food.
The post continued with a picture of Kotb, her sister Hala, her brother Adel, and their mom Sameha, gathered around the same table. On top of the table were bouquets of flowers.
She also included two more family pics in the carousel – one of which showed Sameha with her grandchildren.

The TV journalist shares Haley and Hope with her ex-fiancé Joel Schiffman. The former couple called off their engagement in early 2022.
Since leaving Today earlier this year, the former broadcaster has had more time to spend with her kids in her new suburban home, which they moved to in late 2024.
This past month, Kotb shared pictures on her Instagram of her and her daughters enjoying a calm day outdoors fishing together. In the post, she shared a video of her daughter’s excited reaction to catching a fish.
“Look at me go!” Hope said as Kotb pulled the fish out of the water.
“Wait… whaaaattt — each of my girls caught a fish today!!” Kotb wrote in the caption. “#wow threw em back — but what a thrill!”
Kotb’s two daughters were by her side as she left her longtime job, appearing alongside their mom on her final episode. Toward the end of the 8 a.m. hour on Jan. 10, the family of three sat together in the studio while Kermit the Frog came out, serenading them by singing “Rainbow Connection,” which is also the song Kotb sings to her daughters every night before bed.
As she listened to the song, Kotb got emotional, mouthing, “Oh my God.” At the end, all the Today anchors joined in to help sing the iconic tune.
Hope and Haley were also seen outside with their mom at the end of the 8 a.m. hour, standing on the Plaza as Kotb shared her final goodbye.
