Clive Davis’ annual pre-Grammy bash is shaping up to be the only soiree during Grammy week — after devastation from the Los Angeles wildfires forced the music industry to cancel multiple parties leading to music’s biggest awards show.

On Monday, the Recording Academy and MusiCares CEO, Harvey Mason Jr., and its board chair, Tammy Hurt, announced the Grammy Awards “will proceed as planned.”

We also hear that Davis’ bash — as well as the annual gala for industry charity MusiCares — will go on.

Davis’ party is co-presented with the Recording Academy on the eve of the awards show. This year marks the famed record exec’s 50th anniversary as host of the gala.

Davis keeps his gala’s guest list, and lineup of performers, hush-hush so as to not ruin any surprises.

Meanwhile, this year’s Grammys telecast “will carry a renewed sense of purpose… raising additional funds to support wildfire relief efforts and honoring the bravery and dedication of the first responders who risk their lives to protect ours,” statement by Mason and Hurt said.

We hear Davis’ bash will follow suit by including a charitable component to help wildfire victims.

The Recording Academy and MusiCares has already pledged $1 million to help professionals in music impacted by the fires.

The catastrophic fires are top of mind for all of the music industry.

Sony, Warner Music Group, Universal Music Group and BMG have all canceled their Grammy-related events this year due to the tragedy.

Universal artist The Weekend canceled his Rose Bowl concert scheduled for Jan. 25, and postponed the release of his new album to Jan. 31.

“My focus remains on supporting the recovery of these communities and aiding its incredible people as they rebuild,” the star shared on his Instagram account.

Davis will honor Universal Music Publishing Group CEO Jody Gerson at his gala.

A rep for Davis did not get back to us.
